Process
Initial Meeting & Price Quote
Call or email me for an appointment. We'll set up a meeting either in person or by
phone to discuss what you have in mind, your budget, deadlines, other details,
and we'll narrow down some ideas. I will then take this information and present you
with a price quote within one week.
Invitation Proofs
For invitations, at least two design proofs will be presented to you, ideally in
person, after our initial meeting. (The timeline for the proofs will depend on the
complexity of the project but is usually within two weeks of the initial meeting.) We
will then discuss any changes needed. Your next proof will be provided either in
person or by an email pdf. Once you have approved that proof your final
invitations will be completed by the already agreed upon final due date.
Other Event Collateral (programs, place cards, favor labels, etc.)
Usually once the design of the invitation is decided upon, I can move ahead to any
other items you'd like created for your event. (Because of timing for mailing,
invitations are the first to be designed, created and mailed out.)
Payment
50% of the quoted price is due when you receive your first proofs. In order to
continue, the remainder is due when you receive your second proof.
